A programme development professional with over 10 years’ experience in development work. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Makerere University with a host of certificates for other additional qualifications. Currently working as a Programs Manager at Creations Forum Afrika; a human rights, peace building and governance -focused organization working in the Rwenzori sub-region.
A social development worker with varsity experience in Youth Development; Organizational Management, Youth Leadership Development, Program Design and implementation, with knowledge and experience in membership development and Networking.
Sam has over the years worked in youth spaces and he was part of a team of young people who enormously contributed to the growth of the youth movement in Uganda under the umbrella of Uganda Youth Network, working to create youth CSO infrastructure and platforms to amplify their voices at different levels of decision making.
