A certified Public Accountant, holds a post graduate diploma in financial management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Makerere University, Kampala.
Other short courses include; A training in USG Rules, Regulations and cooperative agreements by Humentum, A certificate in Assessing, Monitoring and Building partners’ capacity by MANGO, a certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation of HIV/AIDS services by MUSPH- CDC.
With over sixteen years of accounting practice, has grown through several ranks gaining experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Tax administration, Procurement Management, Human Resources Management, Capacity Strengthening, Auditing, Program Operations, and Systems Management.
Has managed funds from development partners like the USAID, Irish Aid, UN Agencies (UNFPA, UNICEF & UNDEF), The Eric E & Edith H Bergstrom Foundation, Segal Family Foundation, Civil Society Fund, Stephen Lewis Foundation, KIOS (Finish NGO foundation for Human Rights) among others.
